At The Journal Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your stationery isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original protective wrap to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
