This pen requires a Sailor brand converter, as the Shikiori series is based on the Sailor Pro Gear Slim (PGS) model and uses Sailor’s proprietary cartridge and converter system. Universal or Pilot converters are not compatible. If you prefer to use cartridges, the Shikiori Fountain Pen is compatible for use with Sailor's own ink cartridges, which can be purchased here.
